Two top speakers will grace CPRE Essex’s AGM

Sam Harding, CPRE's national expert on litter, will be giving a speech

Just a little reminder: the Essex branch of CPRE is holding its AGM this weekend – and there are two very special speakers to inform and entertain you after the formal business has been completed.
Sam Harding, director of CPRE’s national litter programme, will be giving a talk entitled, perhaps unsurprisingly, Litter Picking Programme.
Then there’s graduate researcher Ben Nourse, who works with the Cambridge Design Research Studio and is studying to become a Master of Architecture in Urban Design. His talk will be called Towards a New Rural.
The branch is keen to share news of recent successes as well as its plans, while there will be a display of CPRE activities.
The event is being held at Marks Tey village hall on Saturday, October 6 (2.45pm for 3pm). Tea and a selection of cakes will of course be available – it promises to be quite a time!
For catering purposes, please let us know if you will be able to attend.
You can confirm either by emailing office@cpre-essex.org.uk or phoning 01376 572023.
We look forward to seeing you there!
