The formal invitation from CPRE Essex chairman David Knight is attached to this post but also written out here…

Dear Member
May I cordially invite you to attend the CPRE Essex Annual General Meeting.
The meeting will be held on Saturday 3rd October at 10.30 am.
Our guest speaker this year will be Crispin Truman OBE – Chief Executive CPRE.
With the Corona virus still affecting everyone’s lives and the way we can safely operate, this year we will be holding a virtual AGM using ZOOM.
Because there is a restriction on the numbers that can attend a virtual meeting, if you are intending to join the meeting, can you please reply by 18th September.
The Agenda for the meeting, and the Special Resolution that is due to be proposed are attached to this letter. The Trustees’ Report and Accounts and other documents due to be considered at the Meeting can be found on our website – www.cpre-essex.org.uk
Nearer the time, we will send you logging-on details for the event.
Reply to office@cpre-essex.org.uk or RCCE House, Threshelfords Park, Inworth Road, Feering, Colchester, Essex CO5 9SE.

Yours sincerely
David Knight
