Join us for a free talk: ‘How the planning system works, and how to influence it’

We have something rather special for you this month – a FREE planning seminar.
Andrew Wood, former CPRE planner, will be giving a talk entitled How the planning system works, and how to influence it at the Essex Record Office Conference Centre, Chelmsford, on Friday, May 19.
For the event we will use real-world examples to help you better understand the mechanics of the planning system, such as how to interpret a policy and use it to influence an application, and how to build your evidence to influence an appeal case.
We suggest guests arrive at 10am for tea or coffee before a 10.30am start.
Free lunch will be at 12.30pm and we will resume at 1pm, closing at 2.30pm.
