Planning consultancy will consider ‘art of the possible’ at sites across Southend

A planning consultancy is to assess the development potential of sites across Southend-on-Sea.
Troy Planning + Design has been appointed by the borough council to “consider the art of the possible” at 10 sites, most of which are owned by the local authority.
A consultancy statement said: “Our work is feeding into a strategic assessment of opportunities across the borough and some of the sites may be selected to be brought forward for development, contributing to local housing needs and the wider place-making agenda.”
